Our Custom Build Process
1. Tell Us What You Need
Contact us with your budget, the games or software you use, target resolution and frame rates, preferred case style, and any must-have features (Wi-Fi, RGB, quiet operation, etc.). The more detail you give us, the better we can tailor the build.
2. Specification & Quote
We’ll put together a recommended parts list based on current pricing and availability, explain the choices, and adjust anything you want changed until you’re happy with the final specification and price.
3. Build, Test & Deliver
Once confirmed, we order the components, assemble the system carefully, install Windows 11, load the latest drivers, and run stability testing. The finished PC is then carefully packaged and shipped (or available for collection by appointment).

Unless stated otherwise, products are pre‑owned components. While fully tested and guaranteed to work, the item you receive may differ slightly from the images shown. Cosmetic signs of use such as scratches or scuffs are normal and do not affect performance.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 business days. Every order includes tracking information so you can follow your package from despatch to delivery.
🔄 Returns
We want you to shop with confidence.
Every part we sell is backed by a 60‑day hassle‑free warranty.
If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us using our support email. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
🔄 Change of Mind / Non‑Faulty Returns
Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a non‑faulty return.
The following deductions apply:
• The original outbound shipping & handling fee (covers fulfilment, packaging materials, labour, and dispatch) (non-refundable to us)
• Payment processing fees (non‑refundable to us)
Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
It is the customers responsibility to package items sufficiently to avoid damage during return shipping. Items returned must be in unused, resale‑ready condition.
Installing or using components (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, etc.) goes beyond basic inspection and may result in additional deductions or refusal of the return.
