  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.


3. Products

  • We specialize in used PC parts.

  • All CPUs and GPUs are tested and verified before shipping using industry‑standard stress tests (Prime95 for CPUs, FurMark/3DMark/Unigine Heaven for GPUs).

  • Product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge, but minor variations may occur.


4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted once payment is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.


5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination (UK: 2–5 business days).

  • Items are packaged securely to minimize risk of damage. It is very rare for items to arrive damaged, but if this occurs, please contact us immediately.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: Customers have 14 days from delivery to return items.

  • Faulty goods: Customers have 30 days to return defective items.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incompatible hardware, or misuse.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with every system configuration.
