Deep Dive Component Overview
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB – Proven 1080p Performance
The GTX 1070 remains a capable 1080p gaming card years after its release. With 8GB of GDDR5 memory and strong rasterisation performance, it handles the majority of modern titles at High or Ultra settings at 1080p. Esports titles run at very high frame rates, while many AAA games stay comfortably above 60 FPS with sensible settings.
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Processor – Efficient 6-Core Power
The Ryzen 5 2600X offers 6 cores and 12 threads with a boost clock up to 4.2GHz. It provides excellent value for gaming and everyday productivity, easily handling background applications, streaming, and multi-threaded workloads without bottlenecking the GTX 1070 in most scenarios.
16GB DDR4 & 1TB Crucial MX500 SSD
16GB of dual-channel Corsair DDR4 at 2400MHz gives the system enough headroom for modern games and multitasking. The 1TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD delivers fast system responsiveness, quick game installs, and plenty of storage space compared to smaller drives.
