Every part we sell is backed by a 60‑day hassle‑free warranty.

If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us using our support email. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

🔄 Change of Mind / Non‑Faulty Returns

Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a non‑faulty return.

The following deductions apply:
• The original outbound shipping & handling fee (covers fulfilment, packaging materials, labour, and dispatch) (non-refundable to us)
• Payment processing fees (non‑refundable to us)

Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customers responsibility to package items sufficiently to avoid damage during return shipping. Items returned must be in unused, resale‑ready condition.
Installing or using components (CPUs, GPUs, RAM, etc.) goes beyond basic inspection and may result in additional deductions or refusal of the return.
